Closures and Absences

The home will be closed for care on the following paid holidays:

 New Year’s Day

 Memorial Day

 4^th of July

I will also be closed during spring break, summer vacation, and any other school holidays (Cache County School District).

The home may also close for care for family vacation times.  Closure for provider vacations will not be paid.  Parents will be given at least two weeks notice of these closures.

If I am too sick to care for children, or an illness is likely to be passed on to children, child care services will be closed, and parents’ notified of closure as soon as possible.  These days will not need to be paid (amount will be subtracted from the next months’ payment).

If children are absent for illness or other reasons, payment is still expected, as the space will be reserved for when they return to care.
